From sign-up to your first task in three steps

We built Omiedo for people who don't have time to learn a new tool — your team doesn't need training, just one invitation.

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up with your email and name your space after your company or team. No technical setup, no servers — open the browser and start.

  2. Add your project and its modules

Create your first project and enable only the modules you need: tasks and chat, or all five. Add the rest whenever you like.

  3. Run your team from one place

Invite your members, assign tasks with their due dates, and announce updates officially. The board tells you how the project is doing at any moment.

Five modules, one place

Each module works on its own — and completes the others when combined: a task you discuss in chat, a decision documented in the forum, and a due recorded when the work is done.

Take the detailed tour of every module

The insulation material arrived on site — send it for inspection?

Yes, and log it as a task called “Roof insulation inspection” so we track the result.

Fewer tools, less noise,
clearer progress.

Most project management tools assume your problem is a lack of features. Your team's real problem is fragmentation: a decision in WhatsApp, a task in a spreadsheet, an announcement lost in email. Omiedo brings it all into one calm place — and lets your team work.

“We moved three projects from WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets into Omiedo. The first thing we noticed: the question ‘where are we on this?’ disappeared from our weekly meetings.”

Questions we hear a lot

Does Omiedo work on mobile?

Yes. Omiedo runs straight from your phone's browser with an interface designed for small screens — track tasks and reply to chat from the site or anywhere, without downloading an app.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted in transit and backed up daily. Access permissions are yours alone: every member sees only what you allow, and you can export your data anytime.

How is the plan billed?

The subscription is a flat price per workspace, not per member — however your team grows within the plan's cap, your bill doesn't change. The Free plan is free forever, and Team and Business are billed monthly or annually with two months off.

Can I take my data with me later?

Yes. Export your projects, tasks, and member lists as CSV anytime from your workspace settings — your data belongs to you, not to us.

What's the difference between the plans?

Free: 3 projects, up to 10 members, and the Tasks, Chat & Announcements modules. Team (SAR 59/month): unlimited projects, up to 30 members, and all five modules including Forum and Dues with granular permissions. Business (SAR 149/month): unlimited members and storage, advanced permissions, and priority support. Guests are free on every plan.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes — one click from your workspace settings, without talking to anyone. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle, then your workspace moves to the Free plan without losing any data.
