About us

Omiedo is an Arabic-first workspace that brings your team's tasks, conversations, announcements, and dues into one calm place. It is built in Riyadh, on the belief that Arabic teams deserve tools made for them — not tools translated to them later.

Why Omiedo exists

The idea began with a simple observation: most Arabic-speaking teams we knew ran their work across restless chat groups, spreadsheets that vanished between versions, and global tools that were born in another language and localized as an afterthought. The result was the same everywhere — scattered information, and meetings held for no reason except to find out who was working on what.

We wanted a tool that matches how our teams actually work: Arabic in interface and in logic, clear enough to need no training, and calm enough not to compete with your work for your attention. That is how Omiedo was born.

“Productive calm”

Calm, to us, is not the absence of motion — it is the absence of noise. It means opening your workspace and instantly seeing what is moving and what is stuck. It means announcements reaching the people they concern, without notifications chasing everyone else.

Every detail in Omiedo follows that principle: tasks live on one board, conversations stay in their place, announcements have their own door, and every member has clear permissions. As few interruptions as possible, as much clarity as possible.

What makes Omiedo different

Five modules in one workspace — tasks, chat, forum, announcements, and dues — working together instead of being scattered across five services and five invoices.

Dues with real privacy: each member sees only their own dues, while owners and supervisors keep the full picture. No leaking spreadsheets, no awkward questions in group chats.

And flat pricing per workspace, not per seat: your team can grow without your bill jumping with every new member, and guests are always free.

Who builds Omiedo

A small Saudi product team, working from Riyadh and writing in Arabic first. Being small is not a limitation; it is why we hear users directly, correct course quickly, and never ship a feature we are not convinced deserves its place.

What we believe

Simplicity is respect for people's time: every extra step we remove is minutes handed back to your team, every single day.

And privacy is a principle, not a feature: your data is yours. We do not sell it, showcase it, or build an advertising model on top of it. We host it safely — and that is all.
