Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Omiedo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. We wrote them in the plainest language we could — take a few minutes to read them.
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Definitions
“Service” or “platform”: the Omiedo website and applications and what connects to them. “Workspace”: the workspace you create, with its modules and content. “Owner”: whoever creates the workspace and manages its subscription. “Content”: everything users enter — tasks, messages, files, and dues records.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@omiedo.com if you suspect a breach, and grant administrative roles only to people you trust.
3. Subscriptions and payment
A free plan is always available, alongside two paid plans (Team and Business) at a flat price per workspace, billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) monthly or annually, inclusive of tax unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to the free plan.
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires it. If a renewal payment fails, we allow a grace period before paid features are restricted.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful purposes only, within the bounds of the applicable regulations of Saudi Arabia.
Prohibited: abusing or disrupting the service, sending spam through it, attempting to access other people's data, reverse-engineering the platform, or reselling access without our written permission.
5. Content and ownership
Your content is yours. We claim no ownership over it and use it only to the extent needed to run the service: storing it, displaying it to your workspace members, and backing it up.
You thereby grant us a limited license to host and technically process the content, ending when the content or the account is deleted.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy page, which is an integral part of these terms.
7. Dues
The dues module is an organizational tool for recording what your team members are owed; the accuracy of the amounts, names, and dates you enter is your responsibility alone.
Omiedo is not an accounting system and is no substitute for your financial or legal advisor, and it does not by itself create financial obligations between you and your members.
8. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service available and stable, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. The service may pause briefly for maintenance; we announce scheduled maintenance in advance whenever possible.
We may develop the service or adjust its features over time; material changes affecting your plan are announced in advance, in the app or by email.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law permits.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or lost profits. In all cases, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the incident.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms after notice, or immediately in cases of severe abuse.
Upon termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the privacy policy. Export what you need before the window closes.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to them.
12. Contact
For any question about these terms: hello@omiedo.com. We reply within a few business days, and we welcome notes on their wording just as we welcome notes on the product.
