Billing questions
Is the price per user?
No. The price is flat per workspace — however your team grows within the plan's cap, your bill doesn't change. No per-seat billing, no hidden fees.
What's the difference between members and guests?
A member is part of your team and counts toward the plan's cap. A guest — a client or an outside contractor you invite to a specific project — is always free and never counts: they can read and comment only, and never see dues.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you two months off (about 17%). The Team plan works out to 49 SAR/month, paid as 588 SAR once a year, and Business is 119 SAR/month, paid as 1,428 SAR a year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime, from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference for the rest of your cycle; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle — your data and members are unaffected either way.
What payment methods are available?
We bill in Saudi Riyal via Paymob: mada cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay. You receive a detailed tax invoice after every payment.
