Every unit — a villa, an office, or a shop — is a card that starts in “Survey” with a site visit uploading measurements, photos, and the client's detailed requests, then moves to “Quotation”, where the work is priced item by item and the offer is sent to the client and their response tracked. After signing, the card enters “Scheduling” to distribute the electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry crews across the timeline, then “Execution”, where the crews work item by item and daily completion photos are documented on the card, then “Client Punch List” after the first acceptance walkthrough, and finally “Handover” once the notes are resolved and the acceptance report is signed.

Chat is the site's daily pulse: the foreman uploads completion photos every evening, and the delivery manager directs the crews and resolves congestion between them — paint before gypsum board, or late carpentry holding up the paint — and those same daily photos are the proof of completion for any client note. Announcements conveys to clients what officially concerns them: confirmed unit start dates and site preparation before crews arrive; and for the crews, quality and safety circulars and policies for dealing with clients on their premises.

Dues records crew advances and daily expenses of materials and transport on each card, so the true cost of every unit appears before it is handed over, not after. The delivery manager reviews the “Execution” cards every morning against the schedule, and no card moves to “Client Punch List” until an internal walkthrough in which the foreman verifies the items are actually complete — so the client's walkthrough is for final touches, not for discovering gaps.
