How does work flow in this system?

The base starts in “Customer”: a card for every current customer with their current plan, history, and actual usage indicators. When a readiness signal appears — full plan consumption, team growth, an inquiry about a feature not included — the card moves to “Opportunity” with an estimate of its potential value. The agent prepares the right add-on or upgrade offer in “Offer”, sends it, and follows the customer’s reply; on acceptance the card moves to “Sale” to complete the contract and activation. The work does not end at the sale: the card moves to “Follow-Up” to check that the customer is using the add-on and actually realizing its value; then the agent’s dues are calculated in “Commission”; and team indicators are compiled in “Report”.

Chat is for the agents’ daily coordination: who is contacting a shared customer so calls don’t repeat, an urgent pricing consult mid-call, and exchanging observed readiness signals. Dues manages the money in complete privacy: each deal’s commission is recorded on its card and seen only by those authorized — so every agent knows their exact dues and the supervisor knows the commission cost without separate spreadsheets or side correspondence.

Agents spot readiness signals and turn them into opportunities and offers; the supervisor distributes shared customers, approves large offers and discounts, and reviews weekly performance reports; and Finance reconciles the commissions recorded in Dues with actual sales at payout time — closing the loop with trust between selling and accounting.
