How does work flow in this system?

Every project is a card that starts in “Measurement” with a site visit to take precise opening and facade dimensions and upload them to the card with photos, then moves to “Design” to prepare cutting and junction drawings and get them signed off by the client. Then “Fabrication”, where the factory works the profiles and glass per the drawings with production stages documented in photos on the same card, then “Installation” for the field crew on site, then “Acceptance” with the client's walkthrough and resolution of notes, and finally “Warranty”, where the card stays tracked for any observations through the warranty period.

Chat connects factory to field in real time: the installation crew reports a missing profile or a dimension that does not match reality, and the factory manager directs the fix immediately before a whole workday on site is lost. Announcements carries official confirmations of measurement and installation appointments to clients, and for the team, quality and safety circulars on handling glass and working at heights and on scaffolds.

Dues records the project's scheduled progress payments — an installment after measurement, one at fabrication start, and the delivery installment — plus factory expenses of profiles, glass, and accessories on each card, so every project's cost is visible before delivery. The factory manager sends no fabrication batch to “Installation” before matching its count against the approved drawings, because a single missing piece halts the entire installation crew on site and costs a wasted workday.

Who does what?

The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.

Factory Manager

Approves cutting and design drawings, runs the production cycle in “Fabrication” and matches it against measurements, and prepares installation batches complete before dispatch to site.

Field Installation Crew

Takes precise on-site measurements, installs per the drawings, and documents work stages with photos on the card.

Contracts & Payments Officer

Follows up client sign-off on designs, prepares progress payments at each approved stage, and tracks warranty observations to closure.
