How does work flow in this system?
Every demolition job is a card that starts in “Survey” by inspecting the building and documenting its structural condition, the neighboring buildings, and the utility lines, then moves to “Permit” to obtain municipality and Civil Defense approvals and have utilities officially disconnected. In “Plan”, the safety engineer sets the phased demolition sequence, the method of isolating the site, and neighbor protection, and approves it before any equipment moves; then “Execution” phase by phase per the plan, not the site's mood; then “Leveling” with debris removal, basement backfilling, and ground leveling; and finally the documented closing safety “Report” for the owner and the authorities.
The Forum documents the approved safety procedures: every near-miss or safety observation gets a topic — what happened, why, and what the preventive measure is — because a documented safety record is the company's legal protection before the authorities and its reputation before owners. Chat is for urgent site calls: an immediate stop at a hazard, directing equipment, or clearing an area before dropping a section — messages that brook no delay.
Dues records the cost of equipment, crews, containers, and debris disposal fees for each job, and tracks what is sold from salvage — rebar, timber, aluminum — as revenue offset against the cost, so each site's net profit is visible. The safety engineer holds full authority to stop “Execution” with a suspended card until the hazard clears, and the execution supervisor starts no new phase before the completion of the previous one is certified per the plan documented in the Forum.
