How does work flow in this system?
Every project is a card that starts in “Design” with load calculations, routing design, panel distribution, and the consultant's approval of the drawing, then moves to “Rough-in” to bury conduits and run cables before the architectural works — where coordination with the other trades is decisive, because being late means breaking finished work later. Then “Installation” of panels, breakers, lighting, and sockets, then “Inspection & Testing” measuring insulation resistance, continuity, and loads with readings documented on the card, and finally “Handover & Warranty” with the test report, the as-built drawings, and the warranty certificate.
Emergency callouts enter as independent cards on the same board and are pulled straight into the appropriate work column with a priority flag, so they neither mix into the project flow nor get lost within it. Chat coordinates crews and callouts: a technician requesting a breaker from the warehouse, or an engineer passing a routing change before burial. Announcements carries the binding electrical-safety circulars, clients' periodic inspection dates, and seasonal alerts such as peak summer loads on panels.
Dues records technicians' pay and materials for each card — cables, panels, breakers — and tracks warranty obligations: a fault within the warranty period is repaired free of charge and documented so its cost on the original project is known. The electrical engineer approves no card's move to “Handover & Warranty” before its “Inspection & Testing” readings are complete, because handover without documented readings turns any later fault into a liability on the company rather than on misuse.
