How does work flow in this system?
The safety cycle starts with an inspection card in the “Inspection” column, where the round is planned: area, date, and team. During the round, every violation or hazard is logged as a separate card in “Finding” with a photo, description, and severity rating, and is immediately converted into “Corrective Action,” where the fix is assigned to a specific owner with a deadline. Recurring or skill-related findings call for a card in “Training” to raise the relevant team's awareness; after the action is executed, the card moves to “Follow-up” for field verification that the fix actually works, and everything is compiled monthly into a “Report” showing incident, finding, and closure-rate indicators.
Announcements are safety's voice to all employees: immediate alerts about live hazards, evacuation and emergency instructions, mandatory safety training dates, and emergency contact numbers. Everything concerning people's safety reaches them from one official channel that doesn't compete with daily chat noise.
Work flows from the safety officer, who plans and leads the rounds, to the coordinators who run field inspections and document findings, to site managers who receive corrective actions for their areas and execute them on time; then the safety officer verifies in “Follow-up” and closes the card or returns it with a tougher note.

Receives corrective actions in their scope from the “Corrective Action” column, provides the resources to execute them on time, and confirms readiness for verification.
Safety Training Coordinator
Turns recurring findings into training programs in the “Training” column, coordinating mandatory attendance and documenting it on the card.
