How does work flow in this system?
Every site is a card that starts in “Permit” by obtaining excavation permits from the municipality and the authorities and locating buried utility lines before any equipment moves, then moves to “Mobilization” to bring equipment and containers to the site, secure it, and set the dump-truck routes. Work then runs in “Daily Execution”, where excavation, backfilling, and haulage shifts are documented daily by number of truckloads and equipment hours on the card, then “Measurement” to compute executed quantities by survey or by truckload logs certified with the owner, and finally a monthly “Progress Payment” that aggregates the certified measurements for the claim.
Chat is the site's primary channel: the site supervisor directs drivers between excavation and backfill points, reports a broken-down machine so a replacement is sent, and any utility line uncovered during excavation has work around it stopped immediately and escalated to the authority. There is no Forum in this system — site decisions are quick daily calls documented directly on the cards, and Dues carries the full financial record of every site.
Dues manages driver pay, equipment fuel, and maintenance with per-site privacy, and records the truckloads counted for haulage subcontractors where they exist, so the owner knows the true cost per cubic meter before the claim is submitted, not after. The site supervisor certifies the “Daily Execution” figures before the end of each shift, because the monthly claim is built on these daily numbers — a single undocumented day means an argument with the owner at claim time and a deduction from your dues.
