Growth & Partnerships Department System
A team that opens new growth channels for the company and turns opportunities into partnerships with measured impact.
The growth pipeline: opportunity, outreach, agreement, launch — then measurement decides expansion or shutdown.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Every growth opportunity — a new channel or a potential partner — enters as a card in the “Opportunity” column with its expected size and source. In “Outreach,” the partnerships coordinator contacts the other party and documents every reply and meeting on the card; when both sides are serious, it moves to “Agreement” for drafting terms and signing. After signing, it moves to “Launch” to activate the partnership for real — technical integration, training, or a joint campaign — then to “Measurement,” where figures coming through the channel are recorded periodically. A partnership that proves its worth moves to “Expansion” to raise the ceiling of cooperation, and all active partnerships are reviewed periodically in “Review” to decide whether to continue, adjust, or terminate.
Chat is for daily coordination with partners and within the team — a meeting time or an execution detail during launch. Big decisions, such as agreement terms or ending a partnership, are documented on the card with their rationale so the decision's background isn't lost at the periodic review.
Dues manages the financial side of partnerships privately: partner commissions, revenue shares, and payments due under each agreement and what has been paid of them. When a partnership is reviewed, its financials are ready in the same system — so renewal or termination is never decided on impressions without numbers.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Growth Manager
Sets growth directions and hunts big opportunities, negotiates agreements, and approves them before they move to “Launch.”
Partnerships Coordinator
Manages daily outreach with potential and current partners and documents it on the cards, following up both sides' commitments after launch.
Growth Analyst
Measures each channel's and partner's numbers in the “Measurement” column and prepares the feasibility read on which expansion or shutdown decisions are based in “Review.”
