Pest control companies with recurring-visit contracts and urgent infestation reports.
Control contracts with scheduled visits, documented treatments, and follow-up that secures the result — and the renewal.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Each client contract is a card starting in “Contract” with the client's details, target pests, agreed visit count, and contract duration documented. It moves to “Visit”, where scheduled periodic visits are executed and what was sprayed or which traps installed is recorded; on any urgent infestation report a card is created in “Treatment”, where the technician documents the pest type, pesticides used, their licenses, and concentration ratios. After treatment comes “Follow-up”, a verification visit to confirm eradication or decide an additional treatment, then “Report” with a technical statement for the client covering what was done and prevention recommendations, and finally “Renewal” before contract end with the renewal offer and outcome recorded.
Chat coordinates visits and urgent reports: a cockroach sighting at a restaurant cannot wait for the schedule, and a sensitive site entry must be coordinated for a specific time. Announcements is management's voice to the team: mandatory safety circulars on handling and storing pesticides, alerts on newly approved or banned substances, and reminders of contracts nearing expiry. Dues privately records contract values and payments, pesticide and equipment costs, and technician dues.
The client's report reaches the technical supervisor, who determines the treatment type and suitable pesticide and directs the technician over Chat; the technician documents everything used on the card — this documentation is a regulatory requirement — then the “Follow-up” visit decides whether to close the report or repeat treatment, and the client's report is built directly from these records.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Technical Supervisor
Approves treatment plans and pesticide types and ratios, directs technicians to urgent reports, and reviews follow-up reports before any case is closed.
Pest Control Technicians
Carry out periodic visits and urgent treatments, and document the pesticides used, their quantities, and spray locations on the card.
Scheduling Coordinator
Manages the periodic-visit schedule for every contract, receives client reports and routes them to the technical supervisor, and tracks “Follow-up” appointments to closure.
Contracts & Renewal Officer
Tracks contract expiry dates in the “Renewal” column, prepares renewal offers, and records contract values and payments in Dues.

Welcome announcement: «Welcome to the Pest Control System»
From today, our contracts, visits, and reports are managed from this board: every contract is a card moving from scheduled visits to treatments and follow-up through to the report and renewal. Documenting the pesticides used in every visit is mandatory, and no report is closed without a follow-up visit. Start by registering active contracts and scheduling this month's visits; safety circulars and official alerts will reach you via Announcements here.
