How does work flow in this system?
Installation projects start as a card in “Installation” with running the supply and drainage networks and fitting the sanitary ware per the drawing, then move to “Pressure Test”, where the network is pressurized with water or air for the standard duration and the readings are documented on the card before any architectural covering — a buried leak is the most expensive of building faults. After passing the test, the card is handed over in “Handover” with a signed report, then lives between “Callouts” for urgent faults flagged with leak or blockage priority, and “Periodic Maintenance” for scheduled contract visits.
Chat runs the daily callouts: a leak report is dispatched to the nearest technician with the client's initial photos, and a technician requests a part from the warehouse before arriving on site. Announcements publishes periodic maintenance dates to clients in advance, seasonal alerts — checking tanks and pumps before summer — and the company's binding circulars on handling urgent leak reports and ordering their priorities.
Dues records technicians' pay and spare parts for each callout and project, and distinguishes precisely between what falls under warranty and what is invoiced to the client: breakage from misuse is invoiced; a leak caused by our installation is repaired free and documented so its cost on the original project is known. The plumbing supervisor reviews the “Pressure Test” cards personally, because their signature on the test makes them responsible for everything buried after it, and they approve no network covering before the readings are complete.
