How does work flow in this system?
Every order enters as a card in “Order” with dimensions, drawings, profile type, and required color. It moves to “Materials” to issue profiles, fittings, and glass from the store with quantities documented, then “Cutting” to exact dimensions with waste logged on the card, then “Welding” to assemble frames and true the corners, then “Painting” in the approved color.
After painting the card moves to “Quality” to check final dimensions, angles, weld strength, and paint finish; any non-conforming piece is returned to its column with the defect documented. Then “Delivery” to the site or customer with proof of receipt, and the card is closed with the payments due.
Chat runs between the workshop supervisor and technicians: an unclear dimension in a drawing needing customer confirmation, a profile out of stock, an unavailable paint color with a substitute proposed. Dues records profile and paint purchases, technician wages, and payments from customers and contractors on large projects — so the cost of every order from raw metal to delivery is known, and future pricing is built on real numbers.
