Complete B2B Sales Department System
An enterprise sales team managing a large pipeline from first lead to renewal.
A complete enterprise pipeline: lead, qualification, proposal, negotiation, contract, delivery, and renewal — with documented commissions.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Every prospect enters as a card in the “Lead” column with its source and initial details, and the sales manager assigns cards to reps by territory or sector. The rep starts work in “Qualification”: opportunity size, decision-maker, budget, and timeline; a qualified opportunity moves to “Proposal,” where the proposals coordinator prepares the pricing and technical proposals and uploads them to the card. Then comes “Negotiation” over terms and price, then “Contract” for signing and approvals, then “Delivery” in coordination with the implementing parties until client acceptance — and the card stays alive in “Renewal” for the next renewal season.
Chat is the field team's channel: coordinating a visit, requesting urgent support on a proposal, or flagging a competitor moving in on an opportunity — none of which can wait for a meeting. But the status of each opportunity lives on the card, not in chat, so the sales manager reviews the entire pipeline from the board without asking anyone.
Dues manages sales commissions privately: each deal's commission is calculated and recorded for its rep at “Contract” or “Delivery” per company policy, visible only to those with unit access. Every rep knows their dues and the manager knows total commissions owed — no separate spreadsheets, no end-of-month disputes.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Sales Manager
Assigns leads to reps and reviews the pipeline weekly, joins negotiations on major deals, and approves exceptional pricing.
Field Sales Representatives
Each rep manages their cards from “Qualification” to “Contract,” updating them after every meeting with what was done, the next step, and its date.
Proposals Coordinator
Receives qualified opportunities and prepares pricing and technical proposals on time, uploading the final version to the card before it's delivered to the client.
Contracts & Delivery Officer
Follows up contract signing and approvals in “Contract,” and coordinates with implementing parties in “Delivery” until client acceptance is documented.
