Field Sales Department System (B2C)
A direct sales team working assigned territories with daily targets and field collections.
The rep's full day in one system: territory, visits, orders, collections, and a daily report against a monthly target.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Work starts by distributing territories: each territory's customers are cards in the “Territory” column, defined by the area supervisor and assigned to reps. The rep plans their daily route and customer cards move to “Visit,” where each visit's outcome is logged as it happens; an order is recorded in “Order” with quantity and value, and whatever carries a balance moves to “Collection” until fully collected. At the end of each day the rep compiles their numbers in the “Daily Report”: how many visited, how much sold, how much collected — and the supervisor watches the month's accumulation against the “Monthly Target,” stepping in early with those falling behind.
Chat is the pulse of the field: a rep flags a customer asking for a discount beyond their authority or a visit that needs supervisor support, and the supervisor directs and settles it on the spot. The day's news and results pass through here, but official numbers belong on the cards and the daily report.
Dues records customers' deferred balances and what is collected from them daily, privately — so the supervisor and rep know where the collection round starts, and collection figures are reconciled with Dues weekly, so no forgotten balance piles up on a customer whose visits stopped.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Area Supervisor
Assigns customers and territories to reps and sets monthly targets, reviews daily reports, and follows up in the field with those falling behind.
Sales Representatives
Each rep plans their daily route, logs every visit's outcome on the customer's card, records orders, and collects balances on schedule.
Collections Officer
Tracks “Collection” cards and reconciles what's collected against Dues, escalating delinquent balances to the supervisor before they pile up.
