How does work flow in this system?

Number lists enter as cards in the “List” column, distributed evenly among call agents. The agent works their cards in “Call” using the approved script, logging each call's outcome immediately: no answer, rejected, interested, or callback requested. Anyone showing interest moves to “Interested” for deeper follow-up, then either to “Appointment” for a meeting or detailed pitch, or straight to “Order” when closed over the phone. Anyone who asks to postpone stays in “Follow-up” with a fixed callback date the agent never misses, and the team's numbers are compiled at the end of each week in “Report”: call volumes and conversion rates from one column to the next.

Chat is the team's spirit during calling hours: an agent hits a new objection, sends it to the supervisor, gets a suggested reply, and it's shared with everyone instantly; wins are announced live to lift morale. But each call's outcome belongs on the card — anyone reviewing a customer's card must see their full history without asking.

Dues records each agent's commissions on closed orders privately and reconciles them with the weekly report — no disputes over a commission, no closed order without an owner. The supervisor watches conversion rates between columns to spot where the chain breaks: weak lists, a script that needs work, or late follow-up.

Who does what?

The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.

Team Supervisor

Distributes lists and evolves the script from real calls, monitors conversion rates between columns, and delivers the weekly report to management.

Call Agents

Each agent makes their calls on their list's cards, logs the outcome the moment they hang up, and honors the callback times recorded in “Follow-up.”

Lists & Quality Officer

Prepares lists and scrubs them of duplicate and exhausted numbers, and reviews a sample of logged calls to verify script compliance.
