Building & Energy Inspection Company System
Building-inspection and energy-efficiency offices with certified inspectors and formal client reports.
From booking the inspection to the visit, measurements, the report, recommendations, and invoicing follow-up.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Every inspection request is a card starting in “Booking” with the client's and building's details and the inspection type — structural safety, energy efficiency, or pre-purchase — and the agreed visit date documented. It moves to “Visit” with the field survey and photos of visible findings documented, then “Measurement”, where instrument readings are recorded: insulation efficiency, air leakage, energy consumption, and electrical loads. Then “Report”, where the formal report is drafted with results and findings ordered by severity and internally reviewed before adoption. After it, “Recommendations” delivers a list of remedies ordered by priority and estimated cost to the client, and the card closes in “Invoicing” with the invoice issued and collection documented.
Chat coordinates between the inspector, measurement assistants, and the office: preparing the instruments the inspection type requires, rescheduling a visit, or an urgent technical consultation from the site. Announcements publishes updates to adopted codes and standards for the team — the Saudi Building Code and energy-efficiency standards — and official management circulars. Dues privately records inspection fees, client receivables, inspector dues, and accreditation fees.
The client books and the coordinator logs the card and confirms the appointment; the inspector visits the site with the measurement assistant and readings are documented directly on the card, not on loose papers; the report reviewer checks wording and results before the report is adopted; recommendations are then delivered to the client and may turn into a standalone follow-up inspection scheduled as a new card.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Certified Inspector
Performs visits and surveys, approves measurement results, and signs the final report and recommendations in his official capacity.
Measurement Assistants
Prepare and calibrate instruments, perform field measurements, and log readings on the card the moment they are taken.
Report Reviewer
Checks reports technically and linguistically before adoption, ensuring results match adopted standards and recommendations are complete.
Booking Coordinator
Receives client requests and confirms appointments, and follows cards across the columns through invoicing and collection.

Welcome announcement: «Welcome to the Building & Energy Inspection System»
From today, our inspections are managed from this board: every booking is a card moving from visit to measurement, report, and recommendations through to invoicing. No report is delivered to a client before internal review and adoption, and every instrument reading is logged on the card the moment it is taken. Start by registering current bookings; code and standard updates will reach you via Announcements here.
