How does work flow in this system?
The cycle starts in the first “Measurement” column: meter and control-system readings logged as periodic cards per building or line, revealing the true consumption baseline. Any unjustified spike or suspect facility moves to “Inspection”, where the energy engineer surveys the site and identifies waste sources — a compressed-air leak, lighting running needlessly, deteriorated insulation. Every waste source becomes an “Initiative” card describing the fix, its cost, and expected savings; once approved it moves to “Execution” with an owner and due date. After execution the card returns to the second “Re-measurement” column to measure actual impact, and results roll into the monthly “Savings Report” in riyals, not impressions.
Chat coordinates daily fieldwork: scheduling an inspection with the department’s operations, or requesting a temporary line shutdown to install a meter — instant arrangements that can’t wait for email. Dues computes the full investment equation: the cost of metering devices and retrofit works on one side, the value of savings achieved on the other — proving one initiative’s payback in numbers and dropping another that doesn’t deserve repeating; and next year’s initiative program is built on this record.
