Leak Detection Company System
Water and gas leak-detection companies working with specialized detection equipment.
From the leak call to instrument inspection, source pinpointing, repair, documented testing, and invoicing.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute

How does work flow in this system?
Every client call is a card starting in “Call” with the client's details and the problem's symptoms documented: damp walls, an unexplained high water bill, or a gas smell. It moves to “Inspection”, where the crew examines with specialized instruments — thermal camera, acoustic devices, tracer gas — and readings and photos are documented on the card. Then “Pinpointing” records the leak's exact source, location, and extent; then “Repair” executes the fix with minimal demolition or replacement of the failed part; then “Testing” re-pressurizes the network or measures gas to confirm the leak is gone for good; and the card closes in “Invoicing” with the invoice issued and the warranty period documented.
Chat directs the crews and receives site photos from the client before the team arrives — so the technician arrives knowing the problem type and instruments needed. Dues privately records client receivables, parts costs, and technician wages, and warranty cases are reviewed there whenever a repeat call comes from a previously repaired site.
The call coordinator logs the call and asks the client the initial questions; the technical supervisor determines the instruments needed and directs the right crew; the technician documents readings and photos on the card at every stage. The strict rule: no card moves from “Testing” to “Invoicing” without a documented passing test — the company's reputation rests on repairs being final, not temporary.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Technical Supervisor
Determines the instruments each call requires, reviews “Pinpointing” results before repair, and approves the “Testing” result before any card closes.
Detection & Repair Technicians
Perform instrument inspection, source pinpointing, repair, and testing, documenting readings and photos on the card at every stage.
Call Coordinator
Receives calls and logs them with initial questions and photos, schedules crews, and tracks response times to closure.
Invoicing Officer
Issues invoices after a successful test, documents warranty periods, records payments and costs in Dues, and follows warranty claims.
