How does work flow in this system?

The patient enters as a card in “Assessment” where the senior specialist examines them and documents the diagnosis and baseline measurements: range of motion, pain level, and functional capacity. Based on the assessment the card moves to “Program” to build a treatment program with defined weeks and measurable goals, then to “Sessions” where the card stays throughout execution; the treating specialist updates the card after each weekly session with what was done and the patient’s response. Periodically the card moves to “Progress Check” to retake measurements and compare them to baseline — it either returns to “Sessions” with a program adjustment or advances to “Discharge” when goals are met; finally “Report” where a closing report is written and handed to the patient or the referring physician.

Chat is daily coordination among specialists: a quick consult on an exercise, covering a session for an absent colleague, or an alert about a patient behind schedule. Announcements are for what concerns the whole center: treatment protocol updates, specialists’ leave schedule, or the arrival of new rehab equipment and how to use it.

Dues records paid session packages and what is debited per session, and specialists’ payables for their sessions, keeping the financial side clear for management without mixing it with the clinical side on cards.

Who does what?

Specialists

Run weekly sessions per the program and update the card after each session with exercises performed and the patient’s response.

Reception

Schedules weekly sessions and follows patients’ attendance commitment, and records packages and payments in Dues.
