Radiology Center System
A radiology center with daily imaging appointments and reports written by radiologists and delivered to patients and referring physicians.
From booking to report delivery and billing, with a radiologist’s read and sign-off on every exam.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
The exam is booked as a card in “Appointment” including the imaging type, referring physician, and any prior preparation like fasting or drinking contrast. When the patient arrives the card moves to “Imaging” where the radiographer performs the exam and uploads images to the card; it then moves automatically to “Reading” in the radiologist’s queue, who examines the images and writes their impression; then “Report” where the final report is drafted, reviewed, and approved. After approval the card moves to “Delivery” when the patient collects the report or it is sent to the referring physician, and finally “Billing” to close the exam’s dues.
Chat runs between reception, radiographers, and radiologists: a question about patient preparation, a request to retake an unclear image, or expediting a report for an emergency case. Announcements are for what concerns the whole center: imaging equipment maintenance schedule, radiation-protection protocol updates, or an alert about reports piling up awaiting reading.
Dues records exam invoices for patients and insurance companies, and what is discounted and what insurance covers per exam, so reception knows before delivery whether the card is paid or has a balance — without opening accounting books in front of everyone.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Radiologist
Reads exams in the “Reading” column, writes and approves reports, and orders a re-scan when image quality is poor.
Radiographers
Perform exams per protocol and upload images to the card immediately, verifying patient preparation before imaging.
Reception
Manages appointment bookings and moves cards between “Appointment”, “Imaging”, and “Delivery”, and records invoices and insurance status in Dues.
