How does work flow in this system?
The operating cycle starts in “Treatment” with daily cards documenting water treatment and source-analysis results before any run. It moves to “Filling”, where the crew runs the lines and produced quantities are logged under daily batch numbers, then “Testing”, with samples drawn at intervals whose lab and sensory results are documented on the card before the batch is approved.
Once approved, the batch moves to “Labeling” with the production date and batch number, then “Distribution” to distributors and customers with documented quantities and delivery proofs. The day closes in “Report”, summarizing production, rejections, uptime rates, and stoppages — so the manager tracks line performance day by day.
The “Line Maintenance” column protects production continuity: any breakdown or preventive-maintenance due date is logged as a card documenting the fault, replaced parts, and downtime, and operation does not resume before the manager approves its closure. Chat is the shifts' operations room: pressure dropping on a line, bottles nearly out of stock, a distributor waiting for loading. Dues privately records purchases of bottles, labels, and spare parts, distributor receivables, and shift wages.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Plant Manager
Approves the daily production plan, reviews the “Report” and uptime rates, and approves resumption of work after maintenance.
Quality Officer
Documents water analyses in “Treatment” and “Testing” samples, and approves batches for distribution or holds them with the reason.
Line Operators
Run the lines and log quantities under batch numbers, and report any fault immediately over Chat.
Maintenance Technician
Carries out preventive and emergency “Line Maintenance” cards, documenting replaced parts and downtime.
Storekeeper
Manages bottle and label inventory, issues them to production lines, and alerts on shortages before lines stop.
