How does work flow in this system?

The learner starts as a card in “Registration” where the social coordinator records their details, prior education level, and goal for joining — a job, a certificate, or a specific skill. After a simple test the card moves to “Level” where the learner is placed in the right level and assigned to their group and trainer, then “Training” through the learning period where the trainer documents attendance, progress, and completed materials. When the theoretical part is done the card moves to “Practice” where the learner practices the skill hands-on — a workshop, job simulation, or field application — then “Certificate” on passing the final assessment and receiving the certificate, and finally “Employment” where the social coordinator follows the graduate until they are hired or their professional situation improves.

Chat runs between trainers and the social coordinator: a learner absent for a stretch needing a visit or call, coordinating a practice workshop, or a training-material inquiry. Announcements are for center-wide matters: new groups opening, exam dates, and employment partnerships available to graduates.

Dues records reduced course fees, exemptions granted to those in need, and trainer payables, with privacy preserving the learner’s dignity — no one outside management knows who was exempted and who paid.

Who does what?

The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.

Center Manager

Approves level plans and vocational programs, reviews assessment results and graduate employment rates, and decides to open new groups.

Trainers

Deliver theoretical training and hands-on practice, documenting learner attendance and progress on cards weekly.

Social Coordinator

Manages registration and placement, follows up absentees and reaches their families, and accompanies graduates in the “Employment” column until they settle.

Welcome announcement: «Welcome to the Center System»

From today every learner is a card moving from “Registration” to “Employment”, and our success is measured not by certificates issued but by how many lives actually changed. Chat is for coordination between trainers and the coordinator, Announcements for new groups and exam dates, and fees and exemptions in Dues with full privacy. Start by registering current learners and their levels.
