Poultry Farm System
Broiler or egg producers with successive production cycles and multiple houses.
The full poultry cycle from chick intake to sale, then house clean-out and preparation for the next cycle.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Each house or production cycle is managed as a card starting in “Chicks” at intake: count, source, chick age, and first vaccinations are recorded. The card moves to “Rearing”, where it stays for the cycle's weeks: feeding, ventilation, weekly weighing, and mortality rate are tracked with notes on the card. If disease symptoms appear, the card is raised to “Health”, where the vet examines and decides treatment or urgent vaccination. At target weight it moves to “Sale” with total weight, price, and buyer recorded, then “Clean-out & Prep” with house cleaning, disinfection, and the approved rest period, and finally “New Cycle”, ready for the next chick intake.
Chat is for urgent reports that tolerate no delay: a sudden mortality spike, a ventilation or heating fault, feed running out. Dues privately records the biggest cost items: chick and feed prices, medicines and vaccines, and labor wages — against each cycle's sales — so the producer knows each cycle's profitability precisely, the number the farm is run by.
The vet writes the vaccination and treatment program on the cycle card, workers execute it and archive the weekly weights, the farm manager compares the feed-conversion ratio against target and decides the optimal sale date, and after the sale verifies disinfection is complete before approving a “New Cycle”.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Farm Manager
Plans cycles and intake and sale dates, tracks conversion and mortality rates on cards, and reviews each cycle's profitability in Dues before starting the next.
Veterinarian
Sets the vaccination program, examines houses at any symptoms and decides treatment, and documents every intervention in the “Health” column with doses and materials used.
House Supervisors & Workers
Carry out feeding, ventilation, and weekly weighing and update the card daily, and report any abnormal mortality or equipment fault over Chat immediately.
Sales Officer
Lines up sale deals before target weight is reached, records total weight and price in the “Sale” column, and coordinates pickup times with buyers.
