Vegetable & Fruit Farm System
Vegetable and fruit growers with seasonal production, successive seasons, and field labor.
The full season cycle from land preparation to sale, with labor wages and input costs pinned to each season.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
Each field or season is managed as a card starting in “Preparation”, where plowing, leveling, irrigation-network setup, and seed and fertilizer purchases are logged. When planting begins the card moves to “Planting”, with the crop, area, and planting date recorded on it, then to “Care” — the longest stage — where irrigation, fertilization, and pest control are followed with periodic notes on the card. At maturity it moves to “Harvest” with quantities and labor recorded, then “Sale” with the customer, quantity, and price, and finally “New Preparation” in readiness for the next season — a closed, repeatable cycle.
Chat is the daily coordination channel between the farm manager and labor supervisors: an urgent irrigation order because of a heatwave, a pest outbreak report in a specific field, a change in harvest instructions — all passing there instantly. Dues is the farm's private financial ledger: daily and seasonal labor wages and input purchases — seeds, fertilizer, fuel — are recorded in it, visible only to the owner and those they authorize.
At the end of each season the farm manager weighs the revenues logged in the “Sale” column against the costs accumulated in Dues, making the season's and each field's profitability clear — the basis for deciding whether to repeat the crop or change it next season.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Farm Manager
Plans seasons and crops, moves cards between columns as each stage completes, approves spraying, harvest, and sale decisions, and reviews each season's profitability from Dues.
Labor Supervisor
Assigns daily irrigation, fertilization, and harvest tasks to workers, updates the field card with progress, and logs each worker's days so wages are computed in Dues.
Field Workers
Carry out the current stage's tasks — irrigation, care, harvest — and report any pest, water shortage, or crop damage to the supervisor over Chat immediately.
Sales Officer
Manages relationships with market and restaurant customers, records every sale on the card with quantity and price, and coordinates delivery times for the seasonal crop.
