Remedial & Special Education Center System
A learning-support center with individual plans for each child, specialized sessions, and periodic reports for parents.
An individual plan for every child from assessment to plan review, with documented sessions, progress measurement, and reports that reassure parents.
No credit card required — your project is set up with the full system in under a minute
This is the system board as you'll receive it: workflow columns and starter cards showing the first steps
How does work flow in this system?
The child starts as a card in “Assessment” where the senior specialist runs a comprehensive evaluation: current abilities, strengths and difficulties, and initial recommendations. The card moves to “Plan” to build an individual plan with measurable goals and weekly sessions of defined type — reading remediation, speech therapy, sensory integration — then to “Sessions” where the specialized teacher documents after each session what was done, the child’s response, and the homework required from parents. Periodically the card passes through “Measurement” to re-measure goals against baseline, then “Parent Report” where a simplified report is prepared and discussed with the family in a documented meeting; based on it the card enters “Plan Review” to adjust goals, add services, or approve graduation.
Chat runs between teachers, the senior specialist, and the parent coordinator: a quick consult on a difficulty that arose in a session, coordinating a family meeting time, or an alert about a child needing urgent intervention. Announcements are for center circulars: teacher training workshops, assessment-tool updates, and periodic parent-meeting dates.
Dues records session packages billed to families and what is consumed per completed session, with privacy separating money from educational content — so the coordinator knows when to remind a family to renew without seeing the details of the child’s case.
Who does what?
The operational roles in this system and each role's responsibility in daily work — assign them to your team as-is or adapt them to your reality.
Senior Specialist
Runs assessments and builds individual plans, reviews “Measurement” results, and decides plan adjustment or graduation in “Plan Review”.
Teachers
Deliver sessions per the individual plan and document the child’s response and homework on the card after each session.
Parent Coordinator
Schedules family meetings in “Parent Report”, relays their notes to the specialist, and follows package payment and renewal in Dues.

Welcome announcement: «Welcome to the Center System»
From today every child is a card moving from “Assessment” to “Plan Review”, and every session is documented in its time — that is what makes our reports to parents real reports, not impressions. Chat is for coordination and quick consults, Announcements for center circulars and workshops, and packages in Dues privately. Start by registering current children and their existing individual plans.
